HOW CAN I CARE FOR AND CLEAN MY LEATHER FURNITURE?
Most importantly is to dust and wipe the surface of your leather furniture regularly, using a soft cloth with the addition of some Leather Cleaner if needed.
Direct exposure to strong light can cause any leather to fade, so always protect leather from direct sunlight or other intense light sources. Daily or weekly dusting and vacuuming with a brush attachment is recommended for normal maintenance of leather.

WHY IS MY LEATHER STRETCHING AFTER SOME USE?
Leather is a natural elastic material, and its shape reflects the amount of use. Just as new shoes need some breaking in, so does your leather chairs and sofa. This stretching is not a defect but an inherent natural quality of the leather.
As you settle in to your leather upholstery, “comfort wrinkles” may appear. This is a natural part of the leather maturing process and is not considered a defect or a warranty claim issue by the industry.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY PURCHASE TO MAKE THE WARRANTY VALID?
No, you do not need to register your purchase to activate the warranty. We keep things simple and transparent—there are no extra steps or hidden conditions. If you ever need to make a claim, just contact the retailer where you made your purchase. A dated proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is all that’s required.
